Contract renewal problem

Hope a mod or someone who can look into this further can send a reply....

 

Anyway,

My contract was due to to run out in September/Oct so went to online chat to do a new one....got it sorted (or so i thought). Got all the pre-contract e-mail stuff through and thought nothing more of it. My Oct bill turns up - £212.....nearly double what I was quoted for the contract.

Logged in to see the new contract wasn't in place and now being billed 'out of contract' costs.

Went back onto chat to be told that here had 'been an issue' with the arranged contract and it couldn't be processed..........no messages/emails from virgin to let me know this ofc!

Chat agent arranged another new contract (which actually went through this time) and said that I would also get a rebate of £92 on my next bill as I shouldn't have been charged that amount for last bill, so should only have to  pay eight and a bit quid.....guess what...new bill comes in, full price on the new contract, no discount.

I've got the entire chat saved.

Soooo...anyone able to escalate this and actually get me my rebate, or is virgin going to try and squirm it's way out, despite having black and white evidence!
