Contract renewal problem
I was sent an online renewal which i agreed to, i have confirmation that the new contract would start today and be billed at £54 with a new hub.recieved equipment, installed it.. logged into my virgin account to check contract and it says £131 starting today.i have all documents pre contract, how is this fair? What on earth is going on here? Please tell me how this can be resolved or a complaint be logged as theres no way i can afford or agree to £131.00 per month!
