Contract renewal options
My broadband contract is due to end in a months time and I am looking to find what the options are as I am not prepared to pay double my existing monthly cost for broadband, no matter how fast it is. I have just received an email stating i'm due for renewal and to follow the link which i have done but returns the "oops" message with no offers. So it seems like VM want me to go to full price or leave? Can someone from VM contact me to assist with this? I tried to call but the automated system was just going in circles with no option for renewal of contract.
