Just received my contract renewal after being with you guys for 2 years . Your contract offer renewal is double plus £20 plus il have to pay an extra £20 for tnt sports . After it all adds up il be going from £72 a month to £170 a month . Where the loyalty rewards ?
I’m not sure why you think you have shown any loyalty to Virgin Media. As a new customer, you’ve had a significant discount on your payments. Loyalty would be you paying a more reasonable price for your services, allowing Virgin Media to make a profit off you.
If you want a heavily discounted (cheap) price, become a new customer of a different supplier.
