Contract renewal not yet actioned past 14 days
Hello, I agreed a new and upgraded contract online through My Virgin Media on 28 February 2025 and received my pre-contract documents the same day by email. It is now well past 14 working days but no sign of new services, the upgraded new router that will be needed for the broadband upgrade or any information on when this contract will be fulfilled. Please advise. I need to know that it is in the system.
