Contract renewal link faulty

I'm trying to renew my contract via a link texted to me today, but get the 'oops' error message that the page doesn't exist. It seems to be a common issue on this forum. I have no intention of renewing at full price - who am I best to contact to arrange the discount offered?

    This is very typicsl of VM renewal offers that for one reason or another don't actually happen. It's intended to get you talking to a sales person who will persuade you into taking something different, often with an upgrade that sounds good but you don't actually need.
