Contract Renewal Issues
I renewed my contract via the website on the 3rd October for 18 months, have all the "Thank you for choosing Virgin" emails stating I've renewed my contract and what my new bill should be, but I've just paid a bill that looks like a 30 day rollover of my old expired contract, I'm getting messages that my contract has ended and My Virgin Media says it has no details of a current contract for me.
What's going on? How can a completely online process without human intervention go wrong this badly?
