Contract renewal issues
I seem to be having a similar problem to others. In advance of the ending of our current contract we were offered, and signed up to, a new contract on terms we found acceptable. In the last few days we have received confirmation of the deal and set up with confirmation of the new charges. Since then we have received a warning of the off contract price which will start and an email (in junk folder) saying there is a problem with the sign up. We have a number 0800 064 3830 to call but the endless options are just confusing so i have currently have been unable to contact anyone to sort this out. What exactly do i have to do to restore the new contract and prevent the old contract from continuing. What is this "missing information" i am being told about, does anyone know?
