Contract renewal issue
I’ve been sent a message about renewal offers since my contract is due to end next month. I wanted to accept the offer but when I clicked “place order” nothing happens.
It seems to email me the pre contract summary with a contract number but doesn’t allow me to accept anything. I’ve tried various different browsers but they all have the same issue. Can anybody help with this problem or there something wrong with the website?
