Contract Renewal Frustration

Contract will be expired in a month.  Called to ask for renewal offer and got one which sounds ok but would like to think about it for a day.  Call back tomorrow, the offer is gone and the new offer is 20 pounds more.  So frustrated.  I have no choice but to cancel the service...

    That’s common practice, put pressure on the customer to get a deal.  If you can get better elsewhere, just go.  However you will also need to move your email elsewhere as the mailbox will be deleted after 90 days.
