I am a long term vm customer and am just fed up with playing the contract renewal dance. The best offer they give online is 22 pounds more than I am currently paying with the online people saying another 20 on top of that.
Is there anyone who can offer advice or anyone from vm who can sort this
Find out if another supplier can give you fibre speeds. Can Openreach provide FTTP yet?
If so call VM and tell them what price you can get from the competition. If not, VM have you over a barrel.
Can get the same from sky for 30 less than renewal price
