Contract Renewal Fiasco.

Like many on the forum,  I received an email with a renewal offer for my contract which runs out in July.

I looked at the deal and despite it saying it was the same package, it had dropped TNT Sport, yet was going to cost me more

Naturally enough, I didn't take it any further, however, 5 minutes after looking at the deal, Virgin sent me two pre - contract documents as if I'd accepted the deal.

Can someone from Virgin please cancel these documents/ order AS IT WAS NEVER PLACED.

I'm pretty angry about this, but simply want it resolved without any fuss / stress on my part.

I happy with my current package and will deal with the renewal closer to July.
