Contract renewal email offer

Question

So got an automated retentions offer in email, for some odd reason VM dont want to tell me the price in the email.

I click the link in the email a, and I get a "this page does not exist error"

The email also says if I login to my virgin media I can see my exclusive renewal offers. So I login to my virgin media, and there is no offers to be seen, just upgrade options.

What is going on, where do these renewal offers appear on my virgin media?

If I click on "Upgrade your package or check out our latest deals for you." it takes me to https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/how-to/price-rise-get-in-touch which is a generic price rises page.

I briefly see this for a split second befor ethe price rises page.

I am trying to avoid having to do that, I prefer to not have to ring in or use chat.

Clicking the link in the renewal email says "Oops!Looks like something's gone wrong.We couldn't find the page you're looking for."
