Contract Renewal email confusion

Today, I received a strange email from Virgin, which is not really clear.

 

You currently enjoy our Phone & Broadband Dual bundle at a discounted* rate, which will end on 20-Jun-25. This means you'd move to the price you originally agreed with us.
However, as a valued customer of ours, we will apply a new 12 Month discount meaning you'll pay ** a month.

I am trying my hardest to fathom out in UK sterling, how much £** is per month

  • The discounted period of 12 months rather than 18 months is also odd. What is the sender's email address?

      They seem to be doing this now. The discount not lasting for the full contract period.
