Contract renewal and router

Hi

My existing package is due to expire in early November.  After customer services contacting me last Monday I agreed a revised package with broadband boost and a new router as my existing one is 8 years old.  I was advised in the call and confirmed by text message that my router would arrive on Friday 24th.  I had heard nothing from courier so contacted VM by telephone.  I was then told that there were warehouse problems in Asia, do they not keep stock in the UK?  

My concern is firstly that my new contract will not be activated until I plug in this router and when am I going to receive it as it requires a signature on delivery.  If this is not received before my existing contract expires I will be leaving VM for good.  Can any one help on here please or explain how I get to the best person to talk to on VM.

    You're unlikely to find anyone to talk to, but if you wait here a VM person should pick this up and offer to help.
