Staff here cannot discuss individual pricing arrangements. They can only deal with technical or billing issues. You will need to go through either sales or retentions & discuss your individual requirements. Contact them on 150 from your Virgin Landline (the call is free).

If your minimum term ends 5 months in the future, there is little/no point in getting prices now. VM's pricing can vary significantly in the course of one single day even for the same customer. VM tries to haggle an individual price for each individual customer come renewal time. In addition, VM is very likely to throw down as many roadblocks as possible to stop you from downgrading anything at all.
VM's default MO, for many trying to renew on here currently, seems to be very high, 'take-it-or-leave-it' first-offer renewal prices, forcing the customer to cancel in order to try to get a better deal.
Usual advice on here is that you have maximum negotiating power in the last 30 days of your minimum term period.
A better option at the moment might be to try pricing up your chosen options with alternative providers to get an idea of their pricing. That is likely to be the most useful tool in any renewal discussions with VM.
