Contract Expiring

Hi, my contract expires on the 22/03/25. I have a 360 box + a mini box, Skysports HD & TNT along with broadband. I've spoken to someone in retentions who said if I have NetFlix (which I already have) & Sky cinema (I don't watch films) it would be £106 per month ( I currently pay £103.74). I'm worried about saying yes to this as I've read that various people are being charged extra on their bill for the NetFlix. Is there anyway I can just keep my existing package for a cheap price as they're telling me this would cost £125.24 which I don't want to pay? Thanks

    It's their  standard practice to try and up-sell with extras you don't want. Yoiu really need to insist what you want and no more.

    But first check what deals are available with other suppliers so you are armed with alternatives when you go back.

      We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the offers you've been given. Depending on your current package, and the offers available, it can sometime work out cheaper to take an upgraded package. 

      In terms of Netflix being chargeable, this will all depend on the tier included and the tier you wish. All our new packages come with Netflix Standard with Ads. If you wanted a Netflix Standard or Premium tier, this would be an additional amount on your bill each month.
