Contract ending

My account is due to end after the next bill. I want to to speak to disconnections/retentions but never get put through. I only want broadband going forward but advusers keep trying to sell more. On my account online its gives me an offer to keep current package but nothing to down grade. Any phone numbers to speak to the correct people would be great.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, when you have 30 days remaining on the contract we do advise then speaking to our Customer Relations team and they can do a full review on your account and get the best package suited to you, if you have longer and remove a service you would need to pay early disconnection fees for the services you are removing.

    You can contact Customer Relations directly on either 150 from Virgin Landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
