Contract different to what was agreed in Pre-contract agreement.
I am appalled at the level of care being displayed here. I was due for renewal with VM, having been a customer for a long time. I decided to get rid of my TV and telephone as it was not used and my new pre-contract agreement was for £32 a month, however upon receiving my new contract it says that my new initial service charge will be £43.99 a month, I called the team whom I first spoke to whom said it was a technical error and that I should call the main Virgin number to get this resolved, all they did was send me the pre-contract agreement again instead of rectifying the error in the contract, no where does it say the agreed amount in the pre-contract agreement. I am extremely disappointed by this.
