Contract coming to an end

My virgin media contract is coming to an end at in a few weeks, and im&nbsp; wondering how i can get a better deal, or is it time to switch to sky, i have been a customer for over 20 years&nbsp;

You need to phone in and deal with retentions. &nbsp;Community Mods don’t deal with pricing. &nbsp;If you can’t get a deal, just leave. If you have a VM mailbox it will be deleted after 90 days of leaving.

Make a note of what deals you can get with other suppliers. You will need this when you negotiate with retentions.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
It looks like Graham_A beat us to the answer.&nbsp;
If you call as close to 8 am as possible, you will get through a lot quicker, as we do tend to get busy at times.
If you have a Virgin Media Landline you can also dial 150.
