I am also having the same problem. Posted equipment with yodel as advised now getting emails asking for the kit back. Can someone please help. Have receipt from yodel from 02/12/2024.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return. Please ignore the emails if you have sent the equipment back and have proof of that, it can take up to 10 days once we receive the equipment back for any charges to be removed from your account.

Thanks Steven. I will do that and see what happens. Don't really want to be charged for equipment that I have returned then having to try to recover the monies. Will keep all updated.
