Confirmation Virgin have received returned equipment.
Hi, Please could a Moderator confirm whether Virgin Media have received the equipment I returned on the 27/11/24 I haven't heard from Virgin regarding this either way. Kind Regards

Thanks Steven. I will do that and see what happens. Don't really want to be charged for equipment that I have returned then having to try to recover the monies. Will keep all updated.
If you have returned the kit jojokbir, you have nothing to worry about as the charges on your account will be removed as soon as it has been processed. Please do keep us updated and let us know if we can help any further.
