Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything

Seen number of same topics but always resolved via PM so not sure of result. Have subject offer but when click through no mention of TNT or 2nd box which current have and seen others have lost this after accepting offer making me nervous to accept as would not want offer without these. Please can you confirm ‘without losing anything’ means just that (which should be obvious and binding but other posts suggest not).

  • Hi MckC thanks for your post here in the Community - welcome!

If the offer does state there will be no changes to anything, and you do lose TNT Sports as a result or the 2nd box, please let us know and we can resolve this via PM for you.

We do hope this helps reassure you we can resolve it if necessary.

    Many thanks

  • Now had the feared random email thanking me for making changes (made none) and that TNT, Netflix and Sky entertainment and cinema ultra have all been removed. Please can you rectify this asap as I will need to cancel within the cooling off period as I clearly only accepted re-contract on basis ‘without losing anything’

        Hi,

I had the same recontract with no changes offer. The pre-contract email showed TNT Sports was missing and my 2nd box too. When I accepted, the actual contract put the 2nd box back but the final price from month 19 was much higher.

Really doesn't give you much confidence. Whatever they say the reality is that TNT Sports is not part of any bundle anymore.

The recontracting experience is really poor.

        Ian.

  • I too was given this offer of renew now and keep everything, but i was not given it, even though i signed an e-Contract and received a pdf contract from Virgin, after 5 weeks of trying to get Virgin Media to honour the contract, i was told in no uncertain terms during a phone call i would not be given this new contract, and my choices were to accept a new contract or give 30 days notice to quit,, this is what it came to after being a loyal customer for nearly 30 years.
