charged twice for netflix

so I added netflix to my virgin account in December, I added it through my virgin media box, thinking this would be the easiest way, less faffing with adding accounts and such,

got my bill today and it seems I've been charged twice, I've checked my bill and there is two separate subscriptions on my virgin bill? not sure how this has happened?? I only signed for the basic netflix, 

has anyone had this happen to them?

    and the dates dont make sense, one says it started on the 14/12, which is correct, then the second subscription, says it started on the 14/1, which is in the future?? absolutely baffling? can any mods on here get in touch?

      I believe VM bill in advance, so that just sounds like the payment for Netflix from 14/12 when you signed up, and then the payment for the next month starting on 14/1, so all seems fine.

      You have two charges this month as you signed up mid way through the billing period, then going forward there will be one charge each month, so your next bill will have the charge for the month starting 14/2.
