Charged Twice for Netflix - Why?

Hi All,

Checked my most recent bill, which is almost £15 more than my last bill and it seems I have been charged for Netflix twice. 

Can anyone explain why this may have happened please?

    Hi Paul, 

    I have had the same packed since I renewed. I have not made any changes or updates. I have had Netflix Premium since I joined up. 

    This is first time I have been charged twice for it. 

    What should I do?

  • Looking at the dates, one charge appears to be for January (03/01/2025-02/02/2025) and the other for February (03/02/2025-02/03/2025), so don't think you have been overcharged (though worth keeping an eye on future charges),  just odd that both have both shown up on one bill. Presumably you either weren't charged for Netflix on your last bill, or maybe won't be charged on your next. Possibly just a quirk of where the Netflix renewal dates fell in the billing cycle.
