Charged Netflix
Just joined Virgin I was supposed to have Netflix included in my package but seem to have had a payment taken from my bank account for it ? Told by the salesman and the engineer I would get an email in the first 24 hours with a link to Netflix. I have not received an email to this effect. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam and there is no email. There are no instructions on the MyVirgin app. I have been trying to sort this out for a week! Very disappointed with the poor communication about this. Obviously this is a common issue given the number of comments about this on here. I am also supposed to get my broadband speed increased to 1gb and we are supposed to have our 02 data doubled. This hasn’t happened either.
