Charged for Netflix

Can anyone help me I’ve been charged for a premium Netflix subscription twice this month when I do not have a Netflix account. I use my mother’s account which is her own email and her own payment method. It should have nothing to do with my Virgin bill let I’ve been charged for it. 
We do not have a Virgin tv box just an internet package. 

I don’t understand how they would be linked as this is what Virgin insist.

      No help yet. I spoke to customer service and tried to explain that no do not have Netflix in my name or email and I was told they would raise and look into it. I’ve heard nothing but yet I’ve been charged for it. Please can I be contacted as I’m just about ready to leave Virgin now.

        You said in your OP that you use your mother's account but you have your own bills. Is that the reason for the confusion? Does she use Netflix?

    How can a system charge for Netflix when the customer only has a Hub for broadband and no VM TV?  This seems very odd ...

        Hi HarryN1,

        Netflix customers can opt to have their Netflix charge added to their Virgin Media bill. You mentioned you use your mothers Netflix account. Pease ask that she checks which payment option is currently selected for her Netflix account, as there is an option to add the Netflix fee to the Virgin Media bill. If this is selected, and she wishes to change this, she can change the payment method via her Netflix account directly. 

        If the add to Virgin Media bill isn't selected, and she's making an alternative payment for Netflix, please let us know so we can look into this further.
