Charged for netflix that I don't have

Hello 

I keep getting charged for Netflix that I don't have, I've never used netflix, I am elderly and have very little money.

Twice already this has been cancelled but it keeps being re added on to my bill.

Everytime I have paid it but been told I can't get a refund, I can't afford to pay this anymore I am on a pension.

Please can someone help cancel this and also help me with a refund for the netlfix I have never purchased please

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with removing and being charged for Netflix.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and make sure this doesn't happen again.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
