Charged £17.99 for Netflix....I never joined?

A few days ago while browsing the homepage on my Virgin Media tv I just clicked on Apps and wondered about the Netflix as I'd left them 6 months ago due to increasing prices.

I landed on their page and I then went back to the homepage.

I NEVER joined them or agreed anything!

Looking at my bill today I've been signed up for a monthly £17.99 subscription to Netflix.....for looking at their page for a second???

I want a refund of my £17.99 if the money goes out and this so called subscription cancelled.
