Channels lost after contract renewal

Late last year I was offered a contract renewal with a 20% discount. The renewal offer stated that my package would stay the same.

I agreed to renew but then found that I had lost TNT Sports.

I emailed Virgin who told me that I had been moved from the Maxit package to Mega. The latter does not include TNT Sports.

This obviously goes against what I was told in the renewal offer which was for my current package and that it would stay the same.

Is there any point in putting in an official complaint?
