Change contract without Netflix
Phoned up yesterday to complain about my netflix account constant being hacked since april and tried to negotiate a new deal WITHOUT netflix.
The offer given was absolute poor so said i was not happy with it and leave it as it is which he confirmed no changes were made.
Today a get an email about a new contract for more money which i did not agree too
why do virgin media employ such idiots??? sorry to be blunt but the time i have wasted in the dms and phone calls is beyond a joke
constant fighting about various things and an hour on the phone yesterday which was a waste. now i am going to have to phone them up again to get things sorted
frustrated does not even come close
