Can't view bill

Logged into my virgin media click on bills. Latest bill flashes up disappears and message with frowning emoji faces says oops something's wrong try again. I have tried for times. Is this an I T problem today?

      I am so sorry that you have experienced this issue with your most recent bill, can I ask if you have tried both the app and the website to access this?

        Hi Ashleigh. Just tried app and website and can now view my last bill through both.
