Can't sign in on mobile Web and app

Account is fine and I can log in and access everything on PC

I can't access my account on mobile Web or log in the app.

Error server error

Just gets stuck on a blank screen with the virgn logo up top

    Hi aran1 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here regarding your log in.

    Is this regarding My Virgin Media? If so, we have been experiencing issues with this recently and most customers have been affected by this.

    We're working on applying a fix as soon as possible for you, and all other users affected.
