Was wondering if anybody could assist me here.
I am currently away travelling, so I am not able to send the kit back by the deadline. The return kit was sent to me when I was already away. I am back from the 14th March so can sort this return then - can someone within customer service assist me to make a note of this so I am not charged. I will send this back as soon as I return.

Did you know anybody friends or family can return this for you or they also take it into any O2 store where they will accept this.
Other than that if you haven't got anyone who can return this its all done automatically we have no control over it what you could do it jut return it once you are back and the charge would get refunded.
