Can't reset memorable word

Everytime I call up I'm asked for a memorable word I don't know. All information I've found on updating it seems to be out of date, can anyone please tell me how in 2025 one can update this word so I can pass varification? Thanks.

    Hi scratchgonzo,

    Go to My Virgin Media > Account Settings > Identity & Security Settings >

    Then under ID Settings select Manage Your Products (Virgin Media & O2 accounts)

    Then under Virgin Media Account click next to Telephone password, to set your new password.

      Thankyou very much, even the guy in the phone at virgin media emailed me the wrong instructions 🤦‍♂️

    Went through the Webchat route to update the Memorable Word only recently.
