reset memorable word, so I can upgrade package
Can somebody please help me to rest my 'Memorable word' - which proved not to be :),
I've looked on my account settings on the app, and online, but cannot find an option to do this.
I'm trying to do this, as my contract / package has expired - I picked / ordered an upgrade package, but then noticed it didn't have my extra tivo box on it (which I have upstairs), plus it takes 14 days to be activated (which means I miss a lot of rugby, as they've moved the damn channel to premier sports). If anyone can push the upgrade through as well, that would be wonderful ๐
Apologies for the long waffle - Ive spent 90+ mins trying via phone, online chatbot thing etc to get this sorted, and have so far failed miserably.
Any human help would be greatly appreciated
