Can't Renew Contract

When I click on any offer link in any promotional email from Virgin, I get this message:

"Sorry, You are not eligible for this particular offer"

I have had this since I joined VM 2 years ago. Now they are sending me emails offering an (unspecified) exclusive discount, if I renew, however when I cleck on renew now, guess what happens.....

So now I'm out of contract.

Any ideas how to fix this?

You are never out of contract with VM, you just change from a fixed term to 30 day rolling.  Once the fixed period ends, so do the discounts.  You can gather all the other ISP prices and talk to VM retentions about discounts. If non of the discounts are acceptable, then just leave.

    Hi Salehp

Welcome to our forums, and sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to accept offers online. We can understand the frustration caused, and we want to best help. To best look into this, we are sending you a private message. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.

    Thanks,

  • Just as a follow up. I had to find the number for retentions and call them up to get my contract sorted. My online portal is still completely nerfed. I can't do anything through it as any button that I click, such as activate volt or upgrade package etc, takes me to exactly the same holding page "sorry you're not eligible for this offer....etc."

VM support being as it is (or isn't),  I don't see any hope of it being addressed.
