so I use my @ntlworld.com login expecting to see the new single sign on and i get this message and, what been so annoying, when you click on contact us it sends you on a repeat loop of diagnosis and so I cant find a number to call support, I use broadband and receive emails on outlook, but now I cant manage my account, any suggestions please?
btw the email I use is valid, as I mentioned about, I used my @ntlworld.com account to reset my password here tonight.

So I've now tried to get the registration on two different browsers using the bing search and the app on my samsung phone.... it always shows that old logged in page then flicks to authentification error, asks for my email, goes of and comes back with the authentification ping page

which shows the above error page.
Have you tried using an InPrivate / Incognito page in your Browser?
SO, I know have a new issue as I used a Hotmail account to access this O2 portal access, however, now I have re-installed outlook, and try to access the ntlworld.com email account to get back on IMAP access, the ntlworld account isnt recognised as the hotmail account is now the primary login, this half ass'd portal access is worse than a microsoft rollout. absolute donkeys
The Hotmail address is only used as the VMO2ID for the My Virgin Media account and VM webmail. When using an email client such as Outlook the username remains the actual ntlworld.com email address you are trying to access. You will also need to generate an email app password via the My VM account.
