Can't login. IDF-12B error

Starting getting this error a few weeks ago but switching to a different browser fixed it.

Now I just can't login at all from any browser.

No I'm not on the VPN.

Yes I'm on a familiar connection.  It's the same one that has worked for years and years.

Yes I've signed on from this device.

Please help virgin as you have obviously broken something.

I need to urgently check my bill.

    To confirm have you tried the Bing browser to login?

    Is it just that error code you are getting, any error messages at all?
