can`t link my 02
i`m trying to link my 02 account to my virginmedia account when i put my DOB and postcode it says it doesn`t match but its correct please help

We understand you’re having some issues linking your O2 and Virgin Media accounts. Could you please check that your postcode and date of birth are entered in the same format on both accounts?
