I have a similar problem. I moved house, taking Virgin with me - excellent installation on Good Friday! I set up a new account with the new account number and area reference which allowed me to track the move installation but now get an error when I try to login. Could an admin please help me get access to my new account? Thanks.

I get a blank Virgin page, address is https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2/home?error=server_error
