Can't create an online account

I have a similar problem. I moved house, taking Virgin with me - excellent installation on Good Friday! I set up a new account with the new account number and area reference which allowed me to track the move installation but now get an error when I try to login. Could an admin please help me get access to my new account? Thanks.

    What error message are you getting when you try to login to your online account?
