My Online Account Locked

Hi All... Not sure if this is the correct place to post but apologies if not. My account was locked for security reasons on Dec 03, I have called (150) 5 times now and each time they have Escalated to next level. I can't raise a complaint because my account is locked. Can anyone advise me how to proceed.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  Hopefully they will be able to assist you.
