Can't access VM account - IDF-12B Error

Originally Iphone asking for email

blueyonder password which it wouldn’t accept. Tried to access through my virgin media to reset password. I got a verification email and clicked on link I then get the above error code. Can’t access my Virgin Media which is linked to O2 or my email account 

VPN is disabled on my iphone

  • No they have said 5 days and will reply by email but I can’t access my blueyonder email. I have got as far as a Virgin O2 ID but it will not let me link the accounts.

      The error code (IDF-12B) You've mentioned can be device specific. Have you tried logging in via an alternative device? (Something other than the Iphone?)
