Cannot switch to paperless eBilling

Hi Steven,

I'm having the same trouble cannot find how to sign up for ebilling.  Could you drop me a message as well please?

      Hi im also having the same issue with switching to ebilling. There is no 'my profile' option. I have followed the instructions from previous forums and the instructions on my paperbill however this leads to a dead end. Can you please assist to resolve?
