Cannot switch to ebilling
Hi Carley,
I've jumped on this as I'm experiencing the same problem re ebilling. I've followed your instructions, to no avail:
If you click on Account Details, it does not have the option to scroll to Communication Preference.
If you click on Marketing & Contact Preference, then click on ‘Contact Preferences’, then ‘edit’, it does not list ‘eBills’ as an option.
Can someone from Virgin Media please confirm that my dad's account (as managed by me), is now ebilling. Thanks.
