Cannot return my kit until October
I recently ended my VM broadband contract. I have been abroad since May and shall be until October 2025, and cannot return my kit until then. I have had a couple of emails from VM asking me to return the kit, but I can't do it until I get home. I have contacted VM via the TerriBot and Terri Bot suggested Whatsapp, which I have tried, but without success, I'd be grateful for advice on how to get this problem solved reasonably.
