cannot log in

HI all. I don't go live with Virgin Broadband for 2 weeks yet and I can't log in to my account because of this o2 thing which I don't understand as I have never had an o2 account.  The help page on the Virgin Media website just says Bad Request. This is not a good start to my Virgin Experience

    Thanks for reaching out to us, apologies for the Issues that you are having with creating an online account. As your account is not live as yet you will not be able to create an online account until your services are installed and you are live.
