Cannot link accounts

It seems I’m having the same issue as most other customers. I cannot access any virgin media features or the app as I can’t link my accounts. When presented with the page of entering the email it says ‘not recognised’ I tried with 3 alternative emails and still nothing. It’s been over a week now and still no access

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to link your accounts. We are working externally and within the Community to find troubleshooting steps which help customers through this process.

    Are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?

      Having the same issues, unable to link VM02 and VM accounts yet I am using the same email address.
