Sorry to hear you're having issues linking your account. Can you please advise what happens on your side specifically?
Do you see any error messages or error codes at all?
You should use your new Virgin Media login email, rather than an older one you had many years ago.

I made a new virgin/02 id. It asked me to link my original virgin media account I had. When selecting link and confirming, it says email can’t be found (4 attempts remaining etc)
looking in the forums it seems this is a major issue that many people are having.

Hi Lewis,
It seems that you were a VM customer many years ago, and are trying to link the original old VM account to your new connection. When a customer leaves VM the account is closed.
Any VM email addresses associated with that account should have been closed and deleted by VM around 90 days after that account was closed. Do you still have working access to any old (should now be obsolete or orphaned) VM email accounts?
