Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to link your Virgin Media and O2 accounts, with the error message present.
Can you please confirm if you've been able to clear cache and cookies on your browser and re-attempt this linking of the two accounts?

Done that and used another browser . Appears to be a lot of people having same issues

Hello. I tried this and Im facing the same issue. I cleared cache as well.

Yep me too, I'm even copy pasting the exact email I signed up with off my contract so don't know what's going on. Already thinking of leaving VM not even been with them a week
